Cancellation Before Work Begins

Full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided the onboarding form has not been sent and no work has started.

Cancellation After Work Begins

A partial refund is calculated based on the percentage of work not yet completed. You will receive a detailed breakdown showing what was delivered and what refund applies.

Non-Refundable Items

Completed and delivered work items are non-refundable as intellectual property has been transferred.
